Moore isn't a lock to make the 2024 roster, according to ESPN's Adam Teicher.

Moore (knee) was a full practice participant Wednesday.
Scouting Report
The smallish receiver has very good vertical speed, decent athleticism and nice ball skills. He has to improve his acceleration coming out of breaks and continue to work on getting separation, but he receives high marks for his willingness to come up with contested balls in traffic. Will need to get stronger in order to deal with press coverage and with physical defensive backs in the NFL.
Long Range Potential: Talented, energetic wide receiver.
