Scouting Report
Brought a big frame and excellent athleticism to the catching position. Showed good instincts as a hitter, complete with power and the ability to draw walks. Was never a consistent hitter for average and struck out at a gaudy rate in Major League Baseball. Injuries were always a concern with him and led to the end of his professional baseball career.
Long Range Potential: Solid catcher.
