Scouting Report
Has filthy, electric stuff that can baffle hitters. When he is on, he is as dominant as they come on the hill. Displays great movement on all of his pitches. For batters, he is an uncomfortable pitcher to face. Needs to cut down on his walks total in order to maximize output at the big-league level. Also needs to add even more strength and fill out. Must prove he can dominate over time and avoid major blister issues.
Long Range Potential: Excellent right-hander with some upside.
