Hinostroza was summoned from AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Thursday, per Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports.
Scouting Report
Speed is his biggest attribute and helps compensate for a lack of size (5'10"). Played center earlier in his career but has settled in on the wing. Is a decent two-way player who can kill penalties. His lack of size and strength continue to impede his ability to earn greater playing time at the NHL level, though his skating ability earns him more chances.
Long Range Potential: Speedy complementary winger.
