Scouting Report
Had incredible skating ability, size and hockey smarts. A capable shutdown defender, he could log huge minutes and he usually positioned himself perfectly on the ice. Did not play enough of a physical game to dominate in that department, but it was never his style. Lacked a big shot from the point, so his production was somewhat underwhelming. Was forced to retire from the National Hockey League prematurely due to a heart issue.
Long Range Potential: Excellent, mobile shutdown defenseman.
