Is quite undersized for the National Hockey League but he makes up for it with supreme anticipation, instincts and hockey sense. Is a tremendous playmaker who also understands his defensive responsibilities from the center position. Coaches trust him and he is used in all game situations as a result. Is quick and agile but lacks elite burst. While size can be an issue, his strong lower base helps him win puck battles. Can finish off plays himself, too.
Long Range Potential: Diminutive but talented, two-way center with good upside.
