Can do it all on the ice: defend against top offensive talents, skate up the ice with the puck, pass the puck out of danger in his own end, produce offense and be an asset on the power play. His hockey sense is also off the charts. Some have compared him to Drew Doughty for his skating ability and propensity to make an impact at both ends of the ice. As a result, he can log huge minutes. In order to maximize his vast talent at the National Hockey League level, he will need to fill out and become stronger to better handle big forwards. Is somewhat of a high-risk, high-reward defenseman.
Long Range Potential: All-around, big-minute defenseman with good upside.
