Was an extremely accomplished scorer at the University of Notre Dame, where he spent four years perfecting his craft. Can also put up solid numbers at the minor-league level but is more of a role player in the National Hockey League. Can play both wing and center. Works very hard on the ice and has an improving skill set. A late bloomer, he has the versatility and work rate needed to play regularly at the highest level. Lacks elite talent and is more of a bottom-six forward for the NHL, but his game works well with either skilled forwards or grinders.
Long Range Potential: Versatile depth forward with some upside.
