A quality two-way winger in the Finnish Liiga prior to his arrival in North America, he plays the type of smart, savvy game that NHL coaches love. Rarely caught out of position, he makes the simple plays that help win hockey games. While he scored regularly in Finland, he is more of a role player at the NHL level. In order to maximize playing time, he will need to add more bulk and get physically stronger. Does not have elite hands or offensive instincts, which can hinder his overall production.
