Could be a constant threat to pick off passes, but was also a straight-up cover guy. A pretty hard hitter, he also boasted excellent speed and athleticism. Was a well-rounded defender. Lacked ideal technique and consistency. Showed bouts of streakiness (and occasional lapses in concentration) from time to time. Lacked a little bit of muscle on his frame.
Long Range Potential: Quality cornerback.
