The Browns have re-signed Proche.
Proche returned one punt for two yards in Saturday's 45-14 wild-card playoff loss to Houston.
He maxed out his production in a high-tempo college offense, tying for first in the nation in receptions in his final year. Has exemplary ball-tracking skills; he routinely makes highlight reel catches with his superb hands. Is capable of acrobatic adjustments to win contested throws. His stocky, muscular frame is an asset in stacking and boxing out defenders; he is a peerless competitor who thrives in the fray. Largely a product of his college system, he has size and speed limitations that may not translate to the next level. So, he may be limited to backup receiver and special teams duties.
Long Range Potential: Inconsistent but talented possession wide receiver.
