Pittsburgh placed Holcomb (knee) on its injured reserve list Monday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

The fifth-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft is growing into a team leader, as well as an all-purpose linebacker who can stop the run and defend against the pass. Is a sure tackler who rarely lets ball carriers escape. However, the additional responsibilities he has taken on in coverage reduce his blitz opportunities, quarterback hits and sacks.
