Ferguson did not suit up for Saturday's preseason game against the Packers due to a back, according to the NFL Network game broadcast.
He can be highly dependable and accurate with his snapper duties. Is well-sized for the position, which helps him block after the snap. He works very hard to improve, and has extensive game experience as a snapper back to his college career. He's not yet a top-tier blocker following the snap, and must keep improving his technique to protect his kicker / punter. Not a great athlete or very fast running the field, so he needs to keep working on his skills and fitness level.
Long Range Potential: Dependable long snapper.
