A truly elite speedster who can take the ball all the way when he finds a seam. Capable of big plays and supreme yardage as a receiver, when on his game. Really excels as a return man too, showing quick feet and good anticipation to find openings in coverage (then exploding for major yardage). Must keep working on his reliability and fundamentals as a wideout. Undersized in both weight and height, curbing his effectiveness (especially as a blocker). Still does too much body-catching and has small hands, factors occasionally hurting his ability as a receiver.

Long Range Potential: Improving wideout with star tools, and a good return man.
