Simply put, he's a sack master. Is quite adept at rushing the passer off the edge, creating havoc for offensive tackles on the outside. Is relentless in his pursuit of the quarterback. Is also versatile enough to line up either at outside linebacker in a 3-4 scheme or defensive end in a 4-3 alignment. Owns a great motor, which adds to his overall value. Must prove he can handle the other aspects of playing defense (aside from rushing the passer), so as to avoid being labeled a 'pass-rush specialist'. Is undersized for the defensive end position and needs to get stronger (and better at playing the run). Knee issues are also a concern moving forward.
Long Range Potential: Talented, persistent edge rusher.
