Phenomenally gifted as a sack artist, he had a true knack for getting into the backfield and getting after the quarterback. Was also strong against the run. Highly athletic, very fast and blessed with a rangy frame, his ability to see plays as they happened and make adjustments in space might have been his best qualities. Could have used some added bulk on his frame. Needed more work on his overall technique, especially his anticipation and shiftiness off the snap. Also, he had a tendency to miss some tackles at times. Went through some off-field trouble that ultimately cost him his place in the National Football League.
