Zeitler will sign a one-year deal with the Lions on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Scouting Report
A natural fit and imposing presence at right guard. Combines strength, instincts, excellent lateral movement and a lethal punch in run-blocking schemes. Anchors well, mirrors pass rushers and shows steady balance and technique in pass protection. Doesn't possess elite quickness and can certainly improve his overall technique (especially his body control). Isn't a fluid mover and can struggle in space. Plays a finesse game at times. Doesn't block well in motion.
Long Range Potential: Solid offensive guard with some upside.
