He's a confident, seasoned, accurate three-point shooter with a quick release and great range. His combination of fearlessness and accuracy shooting the 'trey' is pretty rare, and he can pile up points in a hurry. He has also paid his dues as a pro journeyman, and has worked to become an efficient, mistake-free player. He doesn't provide much beyond his excellent three-point shooting and excellent energy; he isn't a top defender (in part due to size limitations), and he's not a passer who can run the offense from the point position. It took him a very long time to get to the NBA (although his persistence is impressive).
