Brice signed a minor-league contract with the Phillies on Sunday that includes an invitation to big-league camp, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.
Scouting Report
Owns an ideal pitchers' frame (6-4, 235 pounds), plus an outstanding curve. His fastball is also a quality offering, and his changeup adds more variance. Lacks command of all of his pitches, which can negate his stuff and endanger his big-league aspirations. Also lacks control and walks too many batters.
