Is athletic and has a decent speed/power combination on offense. Can also be a selective hitter who draws a fair amount of walks, which adds to his overall value. For his level of power, he could stand to reduce his strikeout rate in order to maximize his big-league upside. Also, he needs to become a more consistent performer.
