Scouting Report
Has an ideal pitchers' frame (6-4, 230 pounds) and a wealth of experience at lower levels (including the Japanese Pacific League). Can be used as either a starter or reliever at lower levels, which adds value. Walks are a big problem for him, as is his command in general. Was never able to find his niche in Major League Baseball, as he was a late-blooming pitcher with control issues and no set role on a team.
Long Range Potential: Journeyman right-hander.
