Scouting Report
Has extensive experience (and success) pitching out of the bullpen at lower levels, including the Mexican League. Owns an excellent slider, which he uses in all situations and at any point in an at-bat. His repertoire is somewhat limited, which can reduce the effectiveness of his slider at the highest level of professional baseball. Needs to be almost pinpoint with his control, since his stuff is mediocre.
Long Range Potential: Savvy slider specialist.
