Scouting Report
A control artist when he is pitching at his best, he keeps hitters off-kilter thanks to a very good changeup. Also pitches with a bulldog mentality, which helps him. When he is not on his game, he loses the strike zone. Does not induce enough groundball outs. Furthermore, his strikeout rate is not good enough to compensate.
Long Range Potential: Decent right-hander.
