Scouting Report
Can be used effectively as either a starter or reliever in the minor leagues. Owns a pretty good frame for a big-league pitcher. Has good sinking action on his fastball. Lacks a quality strikeout pitch, so he relies too heavily on location (and defense) for MLB because he can get hit hard on occasion. Cannot afford to elevate his pitches.
Long Range Potential: Decent right-hander.
