Scouting Report
Had great power and run-producing qualities. Could play either infield corner position with aplomb (and could also play left field on rare occasions), which added to his overall value. Was also quite patient and drew plenty of walks. His swing was a tad long, and he had a tendency to chase high fastballs. Therefore, he struck out a bit too much, which curbed his overall batting potential at the big-league level. Never really found his niche in the bigs.
Long Range Potential: Versatile, depth power hitter.
