Scouting Report
Had tremendous size for a catcher, so he could produce good home-run totals. Was resilient. His bat made him reach the big leagues, and he could come off the bench to get a hit. Struck out a fair amount. Struggled with his movement behind the plate. Though he made strides defensively, he was generally a below-average receiver.
Long Range Potential: Journeyman catcher.
