Scouting Report
Owns a very solid lower base, which helps him generate pretty good velocity. Can be used as either a starter or reliever, which adds to his overall value to a team in Major League Baseball. Walks too many batters, which has always been his bugaboo. Also, he lacks consistency with his repertoire and can become a bit too hittable from time to time. Home runs are also a problem.
Long Range Potential: Journeyman right-hander.
