His fastball can reach 97 m.p.h., and he adds a devastating curve and a very strong changeup to his impressive arsenal. Induces plenty of groundballs, since his fastball has a ton of movement and sinking action. Has amazing command and poise. Is a true leader on the bump. Can get a little flustered with runners aboard and struggles to keep them at bay. Left-handed hitters show more power against him. Has really declined with time and may have been overused as a young starter in the big leagues. Also, he is a bit more injury-prone now.
Long Range Potential: Former elite pitcher in sharp decline.
