Has one of the best left-handed swings in the game, with tremendously quick hands. Eats fastballs alive and mauls right-handed pitching. Boasts a good arm and sound glove. Does not walk enough for an elite batter. Does not run very well on the base-paths. Also, he is not always able to carry teams and needs help around him to be most effective.
