Scouting Report
Was a quality switch-hitter and Gold Glove-caliber first baseman. Boasted the ability to hit for both power and contact when he was at his best. Also knew how to take a walk. Injuries started to creep into the picture later on in his career. Could be a bit too streaky as a hitter. Like most switch-hitters, had more power from one side of the plate (left).
Long Range Potential: Excellent all-round first baseman.
