Scouting Report
Owns a projectable frame and a solid arm for Major League Baseball. Is a consistent strike-thrower whose offerings are usually around the plate. Displays mound moxie. Will need to bulk up and add more strength in order to maximize both output and stamina at the highest level. At times, he can lose his control (so walks can be an issue for him).
Long Range Potential: Solid right-hander with a little upside.
