Scouting Report
Is fairly reliable as a starter in the minor leagues, thanks to two fastballs (four-seam and a cutter) plus a bending curve. Has some projection in his 6-1 frame. His changeup needs major work, and it could lead to a permanent switch to a bullpen role in MLB if he does not show greater improvement with it. Is not dominant.
Long Range Potential: Solid right-hander with a little upside.
