Scouting Report
Was a consistent hitter for average, so he was fairly reliable at the plate. Could steal bases, which added to his offensive value. Defensively, he had soft hands and smart instincts. Lacked home-run power, which significantly reduced his playing time in Major League Baseball. Also, he did not have the arm strength to play shortstop regularly in the big leagues.
Long Range Potential: Decent infielder.
