Is a pretty good contact hitter with the ability to draw walks in the minor leagues. Can play both first base and the outfield. Also boasts a strong throwing arm. Does not have optimum home-run power for a corner infielder/outfielder, which can limit his appearances in MLB. Also lacks base-stealing speed.
