Scouting Report
Owns a deceptive delivery and can be especially tough to hit for right-handed batters. Can be used as either a starter or reliever, which adds to his overall value. Might have to settle for a bullpen role in MLB, since his third pitch (slider) is not nearly as good as his fastball or changeup. Commanding his arsenal is an issue.
Long Range Potential: Quirky, versatile right-hander.
