Scouting Report
Can be used as both a starter and reliever, which adds to his overall value. Is a consistent strike thrower with a quality sinking fastball and a lot of mound moxie. Does not own dominant stuff, so he will always rely heavily on pinpoint control, solid defense behind him and the ability to repeat his delivery in the big leagues.
Long Range Potential: Versatile right-hander with some upside.
