Scouting Report
Is effective as either a starter or reliever in the minor leagues. Keeps the ball down when he is on his game. Can be used for multiple innings out of the bullpen. Does not have a dominant strikeout pitch. Also, he can be a bit too hittable at times, which makes him a risky proposition as a starter in the big leagues.
Long Range Potential: Versatile right-hander.
