Scouting Report
Is a quality strike-thrower who can rack up strikeouts in the minor leagues, while keeping his walks to a minimum. Is not easy to hit against. Has a good plan when on the mound. Is not very big by MLB standards (only 5-11, 185 pounds), so he could be limited in terms of durability and stamina at the highest level. Must prove he can dominate MLB batters.
Long Range Potential: Decent right-hander with a little upside.
