Scouting Report
While he can be used as a starter in the minors, he is more effective pitching out of the bullpen. His approach is simpler as a reliever, and he can feature his curve (his out-pitch) more often. He can also maximize his fastball velocity as a bullpen man. When he loses the strike zone, things can get ugly for him. So, greater control can lead to better results at all levels.
